Product Support Specialist
Working largely in a product support role, our ideal applicant will work closely with the sales staff to plan customer demonstrations and provide on-site technical training as needed within all product offerings to included console, digital and automated lighting. This individual may also be responsible for working with end-users on very large scale productions and job sites. Must have excellent communication skills. Heavy customer interface is required. Minimum 5 years of hands-on, practical work experience with High End products.
Requirements: Industry experience, technical product knowledge and past track record of successful employment or related education. Excellent communications skills and customer relations focus.
