Subject: Tilt Bearing Standoff Damage
These fixtures all have PEM standoffs on each side of the yoke supporting the tilt bearing.
Rough handling or overtightening the screws when servicing can cause the standoffs to shear off the plate.
THIS DAMAGE DOES NOT CREATE A SAFETY HAZARD
Repair may be needed if the tilt homing sensor is affected.
To prevent this situation, do not torque the cap screws to more than 15 in/lb.
