Back to the top Question: I'm not satisfied with your service, and would like to cancel my subscription. Can I simply turn Trucks by mail off? If you don't cancel your service, our system will automatically bill your credit card when your subscription expires. Back to the top Question: Why did I suddenly stopped receiving load / truck listings for no apparent reason? Answer: The Freightmail.com mail server will automatically hold any email address that bounces mail. If you stop receiving Freightmail loads of truck lists unexpectedly, your account may have automatically placed on hold by our mail server due to bounced mail. This happens when you mailbox fills up with too many unchecked messages. Contact us to have your email address reset. Back to the top Question: I signed up and received payment confirmation by email, but I don’t seem to receive any loads or trucks. Answer: Once a subscription is paid, we validate the account manually, which can take up to 24 hours. At this point, you will receive a confirmation by email letting you know that the account has been activated. If you still don’t receive any loads or trucks, make sure any spam/junk mail filters are turned off, as some ISP’s consider Freightmail messages as “spam”, due to the fact that it mails hundreds of messages per minute. If you aren’t sure or cannot control your ISP’s filtering system, we strongly suggest setting up a free Yahoo! Email address to be used for Freightmail messages. Back to the top |
