High End Systems Parts Pricing Terms and Conditions

Pricing

  • This price schedule will supercede all previous price schedules
  • All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice
  • Order Confirmations are faxed and will reflect correct pricing
  • High End Systems cannot honor incorrect pricing due to administrative error

Terms and Conditions

  • All customers must have approved dealer application on file including their respective state tax information
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by High End Systems
  • Items that are in high demand and low supply, or special order items may require a non-refundable deposit to initiate order
  • MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted as forms of payment
  • Past due invoices will be charged 1.5% per month finance charge. Uncollected invoices are subject to be turned over to Dunn & Bradstreet for collection
  • The debtor company will pay all reasonable expenses incurred in the course of collections
  • The proper venue for litigation will be Travis County, Texas
  • Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee
  • High End Systems assumes no liability for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of installation of any goods sold
  • All orders are also subject to Terms and Conditions stated on invoices and, in any case of any conflict, those Terms and Conditions will be effected

Shipping Terms

All prices are FOB HES Warehouse – Austin, TX USA
  • Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer. Minimum $10.00 S&H fee per order
  • Ground shipping is used unless otherwise stated on the purchase order
  • Requests for specific carriers may require use of the customer’s account number for the shipping. Minimum handling fee will be charged
  • Same day shipments are subject to rush handling charges
  • Drop Shipments are not allowed outside of the territorial United States
  • Authorized High End Systems dealer must pay C.O.D. drop shipments

Claims

  • The freight carrier and High End Systems should be notified upon receipt of damaged freight, discrepancies or non-conformities within 24 hours. HES can assist in making claims with carriers of agents in the event of any loss or damage
  • Upon acceptance in good order by carrier from HES, the material becomes the property of the consignee to the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations

Returns

  • Call for a Return Authorization number before returning goods for any reason. Shipments without RMA numbers written on the outside of the package may be refused
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and must be in original package. Credit will be issued only after material is inspected and approved by the HES accounting department. Please allow four to six weeks to process returns
  • Returns are subject to 15% restocking charge plus any necessary charges for repair or re-packing as determined by HES
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified) to:

  • No returns will be allowed on special order items
  • No returns of used parts will be accepted
  • No returns after 90 days of receipt will be accepted

Warranty

  • All products manufactured by Lightwave Research are covered by a limited parts and labor warranty. All other goods sold by HES are covered by an unconditional ninety-day parts and labor warranty (excludes “AS IS” sales). The warranty period begins on date of sale to the authorized dealer. Proof of sale is required
  • GOODS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY MUST FOLLOW THE PROPER AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE
  • Goods repaired under warranty will be returned to the owner with the freight prepaid by HES via the most economical means of shipment
